Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.

Non-returnable Items: Earrings and personalized/custom orders are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons, unless they are defective.

Free Shipping on all Orders of $60 or more within New Zealand. For orders under $60, a shipping costs range from $12 to $20.

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
